You don’t have to fix everything overnight. Start by noticing what you think, without judging it. That’s progress.
Try This:
Set a 2-minute timer.
Breathe in through your nose for 4 counts.
Hold for 4.
Exhale through your mouth for 6.
Repeat 3x. Your nervous system will thank you.
